alfaQuest Technologies Expands Support Operations

Rolling Meadows, IL July 3, 2007 - alfaQuest Technologies, Inc., in a continuing effort to offer increased support to its customers, has added the following individuals to the alfaMedia Solutions and PrintExpress operations:

Arnd Schimanski - Product Support Manager, Media Systems
Arnd joins alfaQuest Technologies with 17+ years of experience in the newspaper front-end systems business, including a prior 10-year term with CCI Europe. His expertise is in the planning, management, implementation of complex information technology for multimedia publishing, content management and editorial systems.

Dianne Kepley - Application Specialist, Media Systems
Dianne is the former Information Technology Manager of the Asheville Citizen Times, Asheville NC, a Gannett newspaper. Dianne has an extensive background in newspaper publishing and networking. She has an incredible tenacity for resolving issues and implementing solutions in a timely manner.

Kristina Aevermann - Application Specialist, Media Systems
Kristi has worked in a customer service and support roll for the past 20 years, with over 10 years spent in the Information Systems group at the Northwest Herald in Crystal Lake, IL. Kristi is very strong in analyzing processes, then making, and implementing changes for improvement if necessary.

Garry Forman - Technical Support Engineer
Garry has extensive knowledge of the newspaper technology business, spending the past 13 years in various positions at the Chicago Tribune, Chicago, IL. Serving the Tribune in positions such as Systems Project Manager, Senior Network Analyst and Senior Information Center Analyst has provided Garry with a complete background of newspaper systems and workflows.

Ken Anderson - Technical Support Engineer
Ken is a recent graduate of Northern IL University with a degree in Computer Science, and has earned his .Net Developer Certification from DePaul University. Ken has a strong knowledge of desktop publishing programs and the required aptitude for analyzing and isolating problems.
